Worked fine for months but now every time I try to open to view a property and bid it crashes the app

Cannot read the text as it's white on a white background with no option to change it.
The app isn't very specific on wether your bidding on a ground floor property also not a lot of available properties from Northwards housing taking into consideration the amount of property empty and being used for postal address only
App logged me out now I can't get back into it. I uninstall and reinstall but nothing!! Please sort out!
